Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie and intimate wellness products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@breezelar.com.

All requests are reviewed individually and must be approved before any item is sent back.
If approved, you will receive detailed instructions on the next steps.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return request is approved (and inspected if applicable), we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank for processing updates

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact support@breezelar.com.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged.
If eligible, the replacement will be for the same product.

To request an exchange, contact support@breezelar.com and our team will assist you.


Shipping & Returns

Return shipping instructions will be provided only after approval.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.
