We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
With all original tags
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate and personal care items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
All return requests must be initiated by contacting us at support@breezelar.com.
Returns are accepted only after approval.
If your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on the next steps.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Once your return request is approved (and inspected if applicable), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
